Family Practice
The importance of the family unit cannot be stated enough. There is strength in numbers and a power in the bonds of family that is hard to recreate elsewhere. In working together as a family, we harness that strength and power and help our children to remember their inherent knowledge that the world is a vastly wonderful place. In raising our children within a magickal lifestyle, we show them the connection amongst us all, the importance of community, and that all members of a community have value and worth -even the smallest and youngest of us.
HerbCraft
Herbalism is so inextricably tied up with witchcraft that it's hard to imagine a witch who doesn't have at least a passing interest in plants. Below, find a smattering of how to's, helpful tips, and recipes.
Magickal living
The only distinction there is between magick and living is that which we make in our own minds. Thoughts on the importance of recognizing this fact, experiences with walking a magickal path, witchcraft as a spiritual practice, and ideas for having a consciously magickal existence.
The Moon
A modern symbol of the Feminine Divine, the Moon has long been a powerful ally to witches and a governing force in women's lives. A source of wonder and awe for as long as humans have roamed the Earth, the Moon has been worshipped as both a Goddess (such as Artemis, Diana, Isis, and Bendis,) and a God (such as Mani and Mjesjac.) Within Paganism and Witchcraft, the Moon is most often associated with the Feminine and is a common symbol for the Feminine Divine. To this day, the Moon continues to inspire and effect us.

Rituals
These are ways in which we consciously and formally acknowledge the sacredness of our lives, aligning ourselves to the energies of the natural world, and making changes as necessary. Through Rites of Passage we strengthen the bonds of family and community through the shared recognition of the commonalities we all share and the trials we must all endure.
A selection of ritual scripts, as well as narratives of rituals detailing the firsthand experiences of those participating in the ritual.

The Wheel of the Year
The Wheel of the Year is divided into eight spokes marking eight Sacred Days whose historical roots can be found in a variety of indigenous European cultures. Each of these days marks a significant change in the energies of the Natural World. Observing and celebrating these changes allows us to harmonize ourselves with the world around us and create a greater sense of internal balance and peace. Although there is no historical precedence for the grouping of these holidays within any one culture, this grouping and division of the year as such works and has been adopted from modern witchcraft and applied through out much of Paganism.

Witchcraft as Religion & Practice
Magick is the act of consciously and deliberately causing a desired change. It involves tapping into the energies around us, harnessing them, and then releasing them. Witchcraft is the craft of the Witch, and is the art of using magick. Various tools and objects may be used to facilitate working magick, such as candles, herbs, and crystals. But the true Witch knows that they are just tools and not necessary, for the ability to tap into this power is inherent in all of us and all that is truly required to work magick is focus and a strong will.
Though prominent within the religion of Wicca, the practice of magick and the art of witchcraft needn't be confined within a religious framework. It is a craft that can be melded with any religion or practiced simply as is.
