Disclosure of Limitations
Divinatory services should never be used in place of professional counseling. Your reading cannot offer legal, medical, business, or financial advice nor does any portion of your reading purport to do so. You should not rely on divination services in any form (i.e. throwing the bones or bone readings, Tarot, runes, etc.) to make any decisions that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional--all of which I am not. Divinatory services and readings cannot replace qualified mental health care and constitute spiritual counseling, facilitating how you cope spiritually with a given situation.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time a request is made, prior to the reading. Payment must be received before the commencement of your reading. All payment transfers are conducted through the third party platform PAYPAL, so please be familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use for that third party platform. I am not responsible for any mishandling by these third party platforms. No readings will be done for barter, an exchange of services, or without payment. No course will be sent without payment made in full via the third party platform PAYPAL.
Refund Policy
Throwing the bones, bone readings, and/or Tarot readings constitute a professional services and due to the nature of the service and labor involved, all readings are non-refundable. However, if no reading was performed your fee will be refunded to you for the amount paid for the reading minus $5 USD via the third party platform PAYPAL.
All courses are sent via an automated system and come with one-on-one support via email and membership to a private discord server. As such, all courses are non-refundable due to the nature of the automation and due to the ongoing support made available to you throughout the duration of the course.
Confidentiality
Please review the PRIVACY POLICY for specific statements regarding the ways that this website collects information. Specifically regarding divination services, all reasonable diligence in maintaining your confidentiality is exercised and information disclosed by you as part of your reading request, including the actual reading and all information contained therein, will never be voluntarily, knowingly, intentionally, or willfully disclosed to third parties.
Fortune Telling Laws
Pursuant to applicable laws of certain jurisdictions, a person can be guilty of fortune telling when, for a fee or compensation, that person claims or pretends to tell fortunes, or holds him or herself out as being able, by claimed or pretended use of occult power, to answer questions or give advice on personal matters or to exorcise, influence, or affect evil spirits or curses, unless otherwise done so explicitly for entertainment purposes only. Any and all readings provided neither claim nor pretend to tell fortunes and neither claim nor pretend to use occult powers in ways that would run counter to such laws. In certain jurisdictions, all providers of divinatory services are required to disclose to you that divination services should be for entertainment purposes only, and if such a law applies to your reading, then you are hereby on notice thereof.
