At the heart of witchcraft lays the relationships you build with the world around you—the world of the physical as much as the world of spirit. As a creature who exists with a foot between the worlds, occupying that liminal space between the physical and the spiritual, it is the relationships you forge with spirits that will most strongly shape your craft and your capabilities as a witch. Extending your reach and showing us more of the world, those spirits whom we can call allies are your closest companions and provide a significant benefit to you in your everyday life and in your magickal practice.

In this course, you’ll explore a relationship-based model of spirit work, focusing on the intimate relationships found between witches and spirits: those of allies and familiars. Through 4 weekly lessons, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to safely work with spirits with the intent of cultivating a mutually beneficial relationship that will enhance your craft.
This is an intermediate course, designed for the witch who is interested in taking their engagement with spirits deeper. You should, ideally, have some experience with spirits prior to taking this course, however, it needn't be extensive experience: casual and infrequent interaction is enough. This course is strongly rooted within an animist context and will help you to better see the world alive and thrumming with spirits.
This is a self-paced course and is conducted through email and optional, but recommended, community on discord. Upon enrolling, you will receive a Welcome Message with further details of what to expect and how to access the discord server. There are no additional materials to purchase for the course, however, you may wish to have a sturdy notebook and pen in which to jot down thoughts, explore journal prompts, and record your experiences in completing the exercises in each lesson.
