This course is conducted through 3 weekly lessons delivered by email and optional, but recommended, live weekly chats. There are no additional materials to purchase for the course, however, you may wish to have a sturdy notebook and pen in which to jot down thoughts, explore journal prompts, and record your experiences in completing the exercises in each lesson.
